J.B. Hunt Transport Services CEO sells 100,000 shares
Monday April 21, 4:06 pm ET J.B. Hunt Transport Services President and CEO James K. Thompson sells 100,000 shares NEW YORK (AP) -- The president and chief executive of freight transport company J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. sold about 100,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, James K. Thompson reported he sold the shares Thursday for $31.54 apiece.

Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.

J.B. Hunt Transport Services is based in Lowell, Ark.
